By accessing and using the Platform, providing Your Personal Information, or by otherwise signalling Your agreement when the option is presented to You, You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information described in this Policy and the Terms of Use. If You do not agree with any provisions of this Policy and/or the Terms of Use, You should not access or use the Platform.

If any information You have provided or uploaded on the Platform violates the terms of this Policy or Terms of Use, we may be required to delete such information upon informing You of the same and revoke Your access if required without incurring any liability to You. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy can be found in our Terms of Use. 1. Definitions

1.1 Personal Information

“Personal Information” means information that identifies a Learner, such as first and last name, email address, age, gender, location, photograph and/or phone number (only if voluntarily provided) and any other information that may be associated with a Learner account.

1.2 Sensitive Personal Information

“Sensitive Personal Information” includes:
(i) passwords and financial data (except truncated last four digits of credit/debit card),
(ii) health data,
(iii) official identifiers (biometric data, Aadhaar number, passport, etc.),
(iv) information about sexual life, sexual identifier, race, ethnicity, political or religious belief or affiliation,
(v) account details and passwords, or
(vi) other data categorized as “sensitive personal data” or “special categories of data” under applicable laws including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, GDPR and/or CCPA.

Usage of the term “Personal Information” shall include “Sensitive Personal Information” where applicable.


2. Information We Collect

We may collect both personal and non-personal identifiable information from You in a variety of ways, including when You visit our Platform, register on the Platform, access content, participate in live sessions, and use features made available on our Platform.

2.1 Personal Identifiable Information

We may collect personal-identifiable information such as Your name and email address to enable access to the Platform and services/products. We collect such information only if it is voluntarily submitted by You (for example during account creation/login, profile completion, or communication with support).

You may refuse to provide certain information; however, it may prevent You from accessing services/products or certain features on the Platform.

2.2 Account Identifiers (User IDs)

When You create or use an account, the Platform may generate internal account identifiers (such as user IDs) to uniquely identify Your account and provide services.

2.3 Non-Personal Identifiable / Technical Information

When You interact with our Platform, we may collect technical information such as:

  • device information (device model, operating system version),

  • language preference,

  • referring site,

  • date/time of activity,

  • app interactions and usage events,

  • diagnostics and performance data,

  • and other similar technical information.

2.4 Device Identifiers (Device or Other IDs)

We (and our service providers/SDKs) may collect device identifiers such as Advertising ID, Android ID, Firebase/installation identifiers, or similar IDs used for app functionality, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

2.5 IP Address and Location Information (Approximate / Precise Location)

We (and our service providers/SDKs) may collect Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to derive approximate or precise location information for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, analytics, service optimization, and compliance.

Note: Even if the Platform does not request GPS permissions, location may still be inferred via IP/network information.

2.6 Crash Logs, Diagnostics, and Performance Data

We may collect crash logs, diagnostics, and other app performance data to detect issues, improve stability, and enhance user experience.

2.7 Cookies and Similar Technologies (Website)

To enhance user experience on our website, our Platform may use cookies. Cookies are small files stored on a visitor’s device. You may refuse cookies via browser settings; however, some parts of the website may not function properly.


3. How We Use the Information Collected

We may use Your information for the following purposes:

3.1 To Provide Access and Deliver Services

To allow You to access the Platform and services/products, including customer support, fulfilling purchases, verifying user information, and resolving technical issues.

3.2 To Improve the Platform and Maintain Safety

3.3 To Communicate With You

To send transactional communications related to Your account, purchases, course access, updates, and support responses. You can opt out of promotional emails where applicable; however, certain service/legal/security messages may still be sent.

3.4 No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell Your personal information to third parties.


4. Third-Party Service Providers and SDKs (Important)

We use trusted third-party service providers and software development kits (SDKs) to operate and improve our Platform. These may include services for:

  • hosting and content delivery,

  • analytics and performance monitoring,

  • live sessions / webinars,

  • notifications,

  • security and fraud prevention.

These third parties may automatically collect certain technical information such as:

  • device identifiers (Device or Other IDs),

  • IP address and derived approximate/precise location,

  • crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data,

  • app activity and usage events.

Such data is used for app functionality, analytics, security/fraud prevention, and service improvement. Data is transmitted using encryption in transit.

Examples of categories of service providers may include (as applicable):

  • Platform service providers (Graphy platform services)

  • Live session providers (e.g., Zoom SDK for live classes)

  • Analytics/performance providers (e.g., Firebase/Google services)

  • Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS)


5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We may share information:

  • with employees/contractors/service providers who need it to operate the Platform,

  • to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or government requests,

  • to protect our rights, users, and Platform security,

  • to prevent fraud and misuse.

Where possible and permitted by law, we may provide prior notice before disclosure to authorities.


6. Your Choices

  • Limit the information you provide: You may update or delete certain information via the Platform where available.

  • Limit communications: You may opt out of non-essential communications, but service/security/legal communications may still be required.

  • using the account deletion option within the Platform (if available), or

Deletion may remove your access permanently and may not be reversible. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance, taxation/accounting, or fraud prevention as permitted by law.


9. Protection of Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require it to perform services.


10. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Your information may be stored and processed on servers located in India and may also be processed in other countries depending on the location of our affiliates and service providers. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfer and processing.


11. Retention of Information

We retain Your information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and to comply with legal and business obligations. Where deletion is requested, we will delete personal information to the extent feasible, and may retain certain records for legal compliance or security purposes.


12. Third-Party Websites

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites. Please review their policies.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance.
